Mediterranean Muffins














[Materials]
Mediterranean Mix 45 grams
The mochi Mix 225 g
30 g of low-gluten flour
Eggs, 120 grams
360 grams of water
12 grams of cheese powder
3 grams of salt


[Practices]
1) Mediterranean Mix mochi mixes and low-gluten flour sifted spare.

2) Practice a sifting of ready-mixed powder, and all other material placed in the steel pot, whisk and stir into the batter aside for about 20 minutes.

3) Muffin machine warm-up, take practice 2 the right amount of batter into the muffin machine, until the muffins on the display lights go out, you can remove the transfer to a plate.
